Appointment Policy

At Village Animal Hospital, we strive to provide the best care and personal attention to each patient. Appointments are preferred and allow us the time to properly address the needs of  each patient and client. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. 

Drop off appointments are available to help work around your busy schedule!  Once arrangements are made, pets may be dropped off in the morning for treatment and be picked up later in the day.       Please call ahead for details and to request an appointment day.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.

We now offer Care Credit as a payment option for services at Village Animal Hospital.   Through Care Credit we are also able to offer a 6 month interest free payment option to our clients.  For more information or to apply online you can use the link below:

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
