Kate Office Manager Joining the VAH team in early 2007, Kate comes to us with over 12 years of experience working in the veterinary field. A native of Illinois, she is a 1998 graduate of the University of Illinois UC, with a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Business Management. Kate’s varied experience in the veterinary field helps her to understand and address most common medical questions and she is a great resource for our clients. Energetic, hard-working, and honest, she is always an advocate for the best care of our clients and patients. Away from the animal hospital, Kate spends most of her time operating her pet-sitting business Kate's Creature Comforts. Recently married, she also enjoys spending time with her husband, Bryan, and their furry family, as well as travel, sports and outdoor activities My Pets: Gracie, a 6 year old Shih Tzu: Sadie, a 9 month old Shih Tzu: Chill, a 17 year old amazon parrot: and two cats Sebastian (12 years) and Elvis Attila(10 years). |
Andrea Receptionist Andrea came to Village Animal Hospital in June of 2007 and we are so glad she is here! A native of Wisconsin, she is a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College with a bachelor’s degree in communications focusing on public relations and marketing. Her background includes 9 years of reception and retail experience. Her comforting voice and sunny personality make all of our clients and patients feel right at home! A vital member of our team, she is the comforting voice you will hear most often on the phone and is quick to assist all patients and clients in any way possible. She has a wonderfully positive attitude that is infectious to our staff. Her love for all animals shines through as she goes about even the most routine duties of her job every day. In her time away from the hospital she enjoys spending time with her husband Bobby and their many pets, as well as waterskiing, travel, home improvements and decorating. My Pets:
